Role: Older Refugees
Description: We are seeking individuals aged 18 years and older who can authentically portray refugees in their 60s to 80s from South Asian backgrounds (Indian, Middle Eastern, etc.) for a pivotal rescue scene in an upcoming Warner Brothers feature film titled "Genesis."
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in a rescue scene, portraying a refugee character with authenticity and respect to the cultural background.
- Collaborate with the director and crew to fulfill the vision of the scene.
- Adhere to direction and adjustments given by the film’s director or assistants.
- Maintain a professional demeanor on set, respecting the time and contributions of all production team members and fellow actors.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Able to portray an individual in their 60s to 80s from a South Asian background.
- Must be available for all filming dates without any conflicts.
- Previous acting experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation if choosing to self-drive to the location.
- Ability to follow directions and effectively communicate with the film crew and other cast members.
- Comfortable with wearing costumes and make-up as required by the film’s production team.
Compensation: $185 for 12 hours of filming + $50 wardrobe fitting fee + $30 gas bump for those who self-drive.
