A romantic at heart, Rosa, along with her sister Luisa, supports Mo's food cart venture by frying tortillas, all the while offering him teasing banter and romantic advice.

• [TIA LUISA]: For the role of Tia Luisa, we seek a woman in her 60s-70s, portraying the essence of a Mexican elder with a dry, cynical outlook on life, yet deeply rooted in her belief in Jesus.
