We are seeking talent for the kick-off episode of the fourth season of "American Detective," a non-union true crime recreation series renowned for its riveting storytelling and authentic reenactments. This role does not require scripted audio delivery, focusing instead on visual storytelling to bring real-life events to life.

Available Role:

Jewelry Store Employee

• Gender: Female

• Age: 40's-50's

• Availability: Likely needed on Wednesday around 1:30pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the reenactment of a true crime event, portraying a jewelry store employee.

• Work closely with the director and crew to achieve realistic and convincing reenactments.

• Follow directorial cues for physical movements and expressions (note: there is no scripted audio).

• Be available for costume fittings and any necessary rehearsals prior to the shooting date.

• Adhere to the filming schedule and be prompt and professional on set.

Requirements:

• Female, ages 40's-50's.

• Previous acting experience in film, TV, or theater is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to convey a range of emotions through facial expressions and body language.

• Must be available for the entire day on the specified filming date and flexible to schedule changes.

• Local to Knoxville, TN, or willing to work as a local (no travel or accommodation provided).

• Non-union.

Compensation:

• $75 for the role.

• Compensation is a flat rate and covers all participation in the project, including any potential fittings or rehearsals.
